Shipping & Delivery Policy
At OnlyRoses KSA, exceptional delivery is part of the experience. We offer a personalised, considered service: every gift can be accompanied by a handwritten message and delivered at a date and time of your choosing — including same-day delivery for orders placed early enough in the day, subject to availability.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside our Returns & Refund Policy. It is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree No. M/4 of 1436H / 2014) and the E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree No. M/126 of 1440H / 2019) and its Implementing Regulations.
1. Delivery Options
We offer three delivery options at checkout. Your preferred date and timeslot can be selected during the checkout process.
Store Pickup
Free · Kingdom Centre Mall, Level 0
You are welcome to visit our boutique at Kingdom Centre Mall to collect orders placed online or via WhatsApp. Your preferred collection date and timeslot can be selected at checkout. Please bring your order confirmation or receipt.
Delivery Within Riyadh
SAR 50 (inclusive of VAT) · In-house team
Deliveries within Riyadh are typically made by our in-house OnlyRoses team. Your delivery date and timeslot can be selected at checkout. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed early in the day, subject to order time and stock availability. Our delivery team can be contacted on WhatsApp for special instructions on the day of delivery.
Delivery Outside Riyadh (Rest of KSA)
SAR 190 (inclusive of VAT) · Courier service
For deliveries elsewhere in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we use trusted third-party courier partners. Your delivery date and timeslot can be selected at checkout. Please note that for fresh Classic Roses, additional protective packaging is used to maintain quality during transit; even so, fresh arrangements travel best within Riyadh.
2. Same-Day Delivery & Order Cut-Off
Same-day delivery within Riyadh is offered subject to order time, stock availability, and our daily delivery capacity. Orders received after our daily cut-off will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend placing your order as early in the day as possible, or contacting our Customer Care team on WhatsApp to confirm availability before checkout.
3. Personalised Messages & Gift Presentation
All OnlyRoses gifts can be accompanied by a complimentary handwritten message card. Please enter your message during checkout. To protect the surprise, the price and order details are never included with the delivered arrangement.
4. Corporate, Private Event & Bulk Orders
OnlyRoses KSA arranges corporate gifting, private event setup, and bespoke installations. Our team is available to discuss your requirements, scope, timing, and on-site setup, and can provide a custom quotation. 5. Delivery Timeframes & Delays
All delivery timeframes are estimates. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver within the timeslot confirmed at checkout. Where delivery is delayed by no more than six (6) hours beyond the estimated timeframe, this is not, on its own, a basis to refund the entire order value — however, the delivery fee will be refunded in such cases.
For longer delays, your statutory rights under Article 17 of the Implementing Regulations of the E-Commerce Law — including the right to terminate the agreement and obtain a full refund where delivery is delayed by more than fifteen (15) days from the agreed date (force majeure excepted) — are preserved in full.
6. Risk & Acceptance on Delivery
Title and risk in the goods transfer to you upon successful delivery and acceptance at the delivery address, or upon collection from our boutique. For deliveries outside Riyadh made via a third-party courier, risk transfers on successful delivery to the recipient at the stated address.
If delivery is left in a location at the customer's or recipient's express instruction (for example, with a concierge, security desk, or unattended at a doorstep), OnlyRoses KSA is not responsible for any deterioration caused by heat, exposure, or delay after drop-off.
7. Failed or Refused Deliveries
If our delivery team is unable to complete a delivery because no one is available to receive the order, the delivery address is incorrect or inaccessible, or access to the building is restricted, we will attempt to coordinate redelivery via WhatsApp or telephone using the contact details provided at checkout. A redelivery fee may apply. For fresh Classic Roses, repeated failed deliveries may compromise product quality, in which case our Returns & Refund Policy will apply.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or incorrect, please contact OnlyRoses KSA as soon as possible — and ideally within four (4) hours of delivery or collection — with your order number and clear photographs or video of the product and its packaging. 9. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Consumer Protection Law and the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations. If a product is defective, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the terms above.
